SUPPLIER
CODE OF CONDUCT
This Supplier Code of Conduct defines the basic requirements placed on suppliers of goods and services to Rubitek Solutions Limited (Rubitek) concerning their responsibilities towards their stakeholders and the environment. Rubitek reserves the right to change the requirements of this Supplier Code of Conduct and in such an event Rubitek expects the supplier to accept such reasonable changes.

All Rubitek suppliers must agree to:

conduct business activities ethically and with commercial integrity, in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and other requirements as set out in England and Wales;

not tolerate or engage in any form of corruption or bribery, including any payment or other benefit for the purpose of influencing decision making;

promote equal opportunities for and treatment of employees irrespective of skin colour, race, nationality, social background, disability, sexual orientation, political or religious conviction, gender, or age, and respect the personal dignity, privacy, and rights of each individual;

refuse to employ or make any individual or group of individuals to work against their will or tolerate any unacceptable treatment of employees or behaviour, such as mental cruelty, harassment (including gestures, language, and physical contact that is sexual, coercive, threatening, abusive or exploitative), or discrimination;

provide fair remuneration and to guarantee the applicable national statutory minimum wage, and comply with the maximum number of working hours laid down in the applicable laws whilst at the same time prohibiting the use of child, prison, or forced labour in all operations anywhere in the world;

recognise, as far as legally possible, the right of free association of employees and to neither favour nor discriminate against members of employee organisations or trade unions;

provide a safe workplace in compliance with applicable safety, health, and sanitation laws and regulations;

control hazards and take the best possible precautionary measures and actions against accidents, injuries and occupational diseases;

provide training and ensure that employees are educated in health and safety issues and establish or use a reasonable occupational health and safety management system;

act in accordance with the applicable statutory and international standards regarding environmental protection;

minimize environmental pollution and make continuous improvements in environmental protection and establish or use a reasonable environmental management system;

use reasonable efforts to promote compliance with this Code of Conduct among its suppliers and comply with the principles of non-discrimination regarding supplier selection and treatment;

be prepared to capture and in the future report the carbon footprint of its business and its activities.
