If you are a main provider of apprenticeship training in England, you must collect and return your Individualised Learner Record (ILR) data every month and in line with the published data collection timetable.
The return dates in the timetable (and shown above) are the dates by which your ILR data must be submitted. Note that in September and October each year there are two returns - R01 and R02 for the current academic year and R13 and R14 for the previous academic year.
You will need your email address and password in order to login to the Information Management Service (IDAMS) at https://submitlearnerdatabeta.fasst.org.uk where you can submit your ILR return, and you will have until 6pm on the return date to upload it.
A word of caution - don't leave it until the last minute to upload your ILR. The site can sometimes be inundated with last minute submissions and there's nothing worse than holding your breath and watching the spinning wheel while you wait to see if your submission was successful!
Where the timetable includes a ‘reference date’ for any particular return, your ILR data must accurately describe all provision delivered up to and including this date. You may include data for provision delivered after the reference date.
For returns that do not have a reference date, you must return new starters, leavers and changes in a timely way.
Did you know that Rubitek generates the ILR report at the touch of a button, in a format that's ready for you to upload in seconds?
