1. Policy Statement

This document is the Equality, Diversity, and Human Rights Policy (the Policy) and it sets out Rubitek’s unwavering commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse working environment, in alignment with our wider scope of developing and providing innovative software solutions for work-based learning and education.
Rubitek’s Policy ensures that all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or any other characteristic, are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness.
As a women-owned business and a disability confident employer, Rubitek embraces diversity as a fundamental strength, recognising the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to our organisation. 3. Scope

This Policy applies to all Employees. It also encompasses all stakeholders including Customers, Suppliers, partners and any individuals or organisations engaged in business activities with Rubitek.

4. Implementation

To fulfil its objectives, Rubitek will:

Provide regular training and awareness programs to all Employees, ensuring they understand the importance of equality, diversity, and human rights and their role in promoting these principles.

Ensure all recruitment and selection processes are fair and transparent, and that all candidates are evaluated based on their qualifications, skills, and experience.

Foster an inclusive workplace culture that respects individual differences and promotes open communication and collaboration among all employees.

Conduct human rights due diligence in our business operations to identify and address any potential adverse impacts on human rights.

Collaborate with Customers, Suppliers and other partners who share our commitment to equality, diversity, and human rights.

Create an accessible and supportive digital environment for all users of Rubitek software products and services, empowering learners from all backgrounds to achieve their fullest potential.
5. Approval and Review
The Directors are responsible for ensuring the Company meets its obligations in line with this Policy. This Policy shall be reviewed by the Directors and updated where necessary to enhance our commitment to equality, diversity, and human rights before being approved at least annually to ensure that it (and any subsidiary policies and procedures) remains appropriate considering any relevant changes to the law, organisational policies, or contractual obligations.
